All participants are required to provide Emergency Contact Information:

• A valid emergency contact name and number
• Relationship to the rider
• Country code included for international dialing
• This information will be used only in emergencies and kept strictly confidential.

Each rider must submit Embassy/High Commission Details:

• Their home country embassy or high commission contact details relevant to Sri Lanka
• This helps in case of legal, travel, or passport-related emergencies.

Medical Fitness Certificate

• A valid health and medical fitness certificate from a registered medical professional
• It should confirm the rider is physically fit for long-distance riding and outdoor activity

Ongoing Medications & Declarations

• If you are currently on any medication or treatment: Clearly disclose the medication name, dosage, and any emergency actions
• Bring your prescription and carry medications securely
• Submit a signed medical self-declaration form to the company

Confidentiality Notice

• All personal, medical, and emergency information shared with Travel Direction will be kept strictly confidential.
• It will only be used for internal safety and emergency purposes
