1. Booking & Payment

• A minimum 40% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment must be made 7 days prior to tour start unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, Cryptocurrency, PayPal or other agreed channels.
• Booking is confirmed only after written/email confirmation from Travel Direction.
  
  

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 21+ days before tour: 90% refund of deposit.
• 14-20 days before tour: 50% refund of deposit.
• Less than 14 days: No refund.
• No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
  
  

3. Amendments

• Tour dates, routes, or accommodation changes must be requested at least 7 days before departure.
• Travel Direction reserves the right to charge additional fees for major modifications.
  
  

4. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

• Included:
  – Accommodation as per package
  – Transport with private A/C vehicle
  – English-speaking driver and guide
  – Park entry tickets (if mentioned)
  – Breakfast and dairy water
  
  
• Not Included:
  -International Airfare & Visa
  – Personal Expenses
  – Travel Insurance (recommended)
  – Entry tickets not listed
  – Tips, beverages, or additional activities
  
  

5. Liability

• Travellers participate at their own risk in adventure activities (hiking, camping, wildlife, bike rides, etc.).
  
  

6. Travel Insurance

• It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they have comprehensive travel insurance covering health, cancellations, accidents, and personal belongings.
  
  

7. Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies in advance.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for adventure activities.
  
  

8. Conduct

• Respect local culture, heritage sites, and wildlife.
• Travel Direction reserves the right to terminate services if travellers behave in a manner that is unsafe or offensive to others.
  
  

9. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, political unrest).
  
  

10. Disputes

• Any disputes will be handled under the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka
